WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS?
You are led gently by my voice into a relaxed state where your mind and body are relaxed and nearly asleep. That may mean that you will be asked to picture in you mind as in a daydream, things associated with pleasant experiences. To an observer you might appear to be fast asleep but in fact, though you will be totally relaxed, you will remain awake enough to be aware. You are always in control, it is a very narrow focus of attention upon yourself and your own feelings of which the emotional part of your mind comes to the fore.

OBSESSIVE THOUGHTS & ACTIONS
People can suffer from low self-esteem or have obsessive thoughts and actions, to do with things or people. For example they may think they are dirty and wash their hands fifty times a day or their partner may have been unfaithful or that their partner may have left and they are having difficulty in letting go and moving on. Hypnosis can help change these patterns of thoughts and ideas.

FEELINGS
Feelings such as guilt, jealousy, anger, anxiety and panic attacks are very common. Hypnosis is very effective in treating these symptoms without the use of medication. Compulsions, such as smoking, nail biting, eating chocolate and many other habits that people have difficulty in controlling can be helped, removed via the use of hypnosis, without any harmful effects.

FEARS & PHOBIAS
People often experience an irrational fears of a variety of different things, such as birds, insects, driving, of being alone or afraid of the dark, these are just a few of the many different things and situations that people suffer from. Hypnosis is particularly effective in overcoming these distressing feelings.
